Message: I wonder if anyone out there who is post menopausal is experiencing itchy skin (all over) like I have for the past 3 months,it happens mostly at night and it sometimes gets so bad I have to take a cool shower to cool my skin from all the scratching, I have tried calomine lotion. Doctors are no help, I was put on HRT but got horrible side effects (migraines). I have used progesterone cream in the past, but it doesn't seem to help. I tried Resonance cream today for the first time, I hope that helps. I would appreciate any feedback.

Message: I believe itchy skin is part and parcel of the aging process. Have you tried AloeVera? It is an easily grown plant and helps most itches. Also it is natural! A bit sticky, but if it works who cares? Also I use gallons of moisturising lotion which seems to help if I keep that up. Good luck.
